Gary and Christine Guerin founded Quality Environmental Management (QEM) in 1984. Since then, QEM has become one of the largest complete facility service companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. During our 30 years of experience, we have serviced some of the largest facilities in the Valley, including General Motors Proving Grounds, Boeing, AT&T and Texas Instruments.

QEM is still a family-run business that prides itself on the personal service we offer, and the high standard of facility maintenance we provide. We offer individual attention to all our clients, no matter the size. We also provide a flexible management style that insures each company’s facility needs are met.

Prior to opening QEM, Gary worked extensively in the medical housekeeping field, including management positions at Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Chicago Hospital, and locally, Phoenix Baptist Hospital. Christine’s background is in education, and she currently is responsible for all phases of business management for QEM. Trent Guerin, Gary and Christine’s son, received his Master’s Degree in Business from Colorado State University and is in charge of operations and customer service.
